This book documents a gripping new real life story of a man who sued his former solicitor for negligence, but in the end he had to struggle against a string of miscarriages of justice. However, the author was so inspired by this legal action which took him all the way to the Supreme Court in Ireland that he decided to write this book.

The author feels that his story is so interesting taking into account that it is a litigation that was manipulated by the courts and the ‘old boys network’ from the beginning to the end. However, these unimaginable nightmares that the author had to face in the court of law did not weaken his determination to fight for justice, on the contrary his determination was strengthened by these illegal procedures that not only he decided to write this book to warn others about the pitfalls of a legal action but he was also inspired to study for a law degree and became a lawyer.

It gives the history of a case where the author has been fighting for justice over eighteen years. It shows the injustice, racial and invidious discrimination, and abuse of power inflicted on him by the trial judges. It reveals how these judges had to fabricate evidence in all judgments they delivered, in order to dismiss the author’s case.
It leaves the readers with a clear understanding of the cause of most violence in this World and who is to be blamed for it.

This book shows that the violence is a result of abuse of power to deprive individuals from their rights. It shows that each human being has different ways of dealing with different issues and unlike the author of this book who chose the long route by studying law to deal with this case within legality, many would prefer short route by using violence and have the issue dealt and finished within matter of minutes.

It reveals that there will never be an end to violence as long those with power continue to use it to violate individuals from their entitlements. It further reveals that the judges should not have immunity in relation to their profession and instead they should face liability for their wrongdoings like any other professional.
It shows that as long the judges enjoy immunity for their wrongdoings they will always use it as weapon to deliver injustice whenever and wherever they think fit.

It reveals that those who believe or who provide the immunity protection to the judges made an error of judgment. It also shows that the grounds given to provide immunity protection to the judges do not achieve their goals but on the contrary they serve as ground for maladministration of justice.
